Get Up, Stand Up LA will:
- Create an online community to organize & inform each other into activism.
- Resist the current administration.
- Put pressure on our elected officials and journalists to be relentless in their pursuit of truth, and in their defense of ALL of our rights.
- Provide each other with calls to action.
- Unify our communities to form a massive working body of volunteers and a
ctivists to make our efforts more powerful.
- Filter through the avalanche of information, activism opportunities and organizations that are already out there.
- Bridge the divide between people of color who may feel that they have been alone in their struggle with newly disadvantaged groups.
- Usher along a new age of more progressive, open minded, and fiercely active democrats.
