Cotsen Foundation for the ART of TEACHING Our primary strategy is intensive mentoring over two years. Excellent teachers change the lives of children. "Education can be a head game…an affair of the mind.

We offer fellowships to a handful of teachers within a school, giving them a full-time mentor and useful resources for studying and perfecting their craft. These consummate professionals spark a passion for learning in the hearts and minds of young people. If you are like me, you probably can think of one or two teachers in your lifetime that have changed how you view yourself and the world, and thus, helped change your future.
