🌴🪄 Hello Los Angeles Wrimos, 🌴🪄
Today is Friday the 13th, which feels witchy and magical this time of year. I’m having a Practical Magic watch party with friends with margaritas and cocoa, of course) and I plan to convince them all to do NaNo with me this year. The excitement is building! November and NaNo are quickly approaching. I’ve been without a computer for almost a month and let me tell ya, I am too old for doing everything on my phone. Mad props to all y’all out there on your phones. Anyway, I am catching a quick moment on a borrowed laptop to share a few things coming up this month. Grab a few friends! NaNo started with a group of friends daring and challenging each other to do something truly outrageous- writing a book in a month. This is the 25th NaNo, and that rebel spirit is thriving and calling you to throw caution to the wind and dare to do something amazing. It’s time to tell your story, write your book, and make that dream come true. Get involved, get excited, get ready because NaNo will be here before we know it.
Write on! Julie
