Attend the 2025 International Mars Society Convention at USC – Oct. 9–11!
Attention Los Angeles–area space enthusiasts! The 28th Annual International Mars Society Convention is coming to the University of Southern California (USC) from October 9–11, 2025 — and you’re invited to be part of this exciting three-day event celebrating the future of Mars and space exploration.
The convention will be held in Taper Hall’s main ballroom (THH-201), right on the USC campus in Los Angeles.
Attendees will hear from some of the most distinguished figures in the space community, including Rob Manning (NASA JPL), Dr. Victoria Hamilton (NASA MEPEG), Casey Dreier (The Planetary Society), Dr. Bhavya Lal (RAND School of Public Policy), Dr. Albert Haldemann (ESA), Dex Hunter-Torricke (Google DeepMind), Dr. Erika Alden DeBenedictis (Pioneer Labs), and Dr. Robert Zubrin, President of The Mars Society.
Across three days of talks and panel discussions, participants will explore human missions to Mars, planetary science, new space technologies, analog research, and strategies for building a lasting human presence beyond Earth.
Join us in person at USC or virtually from anywhere in the world — and connect with scientists, engineers, students, and fellow space advocates united by a passion for exploring the Red Planet.
