On Monday December 21st Natural Ivy Foundation had the honor to pass out 200 holiday gift bags to individuals and families living in a homeless encampment in South L.A. Some of the things included in the bags were; a blanket, socks, fresh oranges for vitamin c, and warm delicious healthy stew called was pozole.
We want to give a special thank you to this year's organizer D Siddiqi who along with several volunteers stood on the front line during this pandemic and made this year's event very successful. Your dedication and commitment to the cause is unmatched.
We also would like to send a special thank you to SLO Officer Stewart of LAPD Southeast Community Police Station who introduced us to the community and accompanied us at the event. We are grateful for the work that you do there daily. A big thank you goes out to Elijah Smith of and for all of your contributions and support.
Last but not least we would like to send a warm thank you to our board member and sponsor Cher Rue for initiating the event. We are forever grateful for your continuous support throughout the years, and shared passion of Natural Ivy’s vision to build a better world by strengthening our communities 😍😘😍

We are so excited and Honored to be Pando populus's first Hub. Sometimes things just match. Pando saw natural Ivy's vision of an ecological homeless shelter and have been able to help us make it come to life. We are humbled to be the first of many Pando Hubs launched, which, in communities acorss the LA County, will champoin social equity, environmental awareness, water stewardship and climate reslience. We are excited to announce our partnership with Pandopopulus. Natural Ivy has been chosen to be a Pando Hub" first project is our Urban garden. With the help of Landscaper and gardener Bendan Wilson we will start the building of our raised bed vegetable garden at the Shelter. We can't do it with out your help. We will have music and food while we work for a good cause!!!!.
