OP-ED: “COVID-19 or Wuhan Virus?”

This article (5-min read) is one of the many reasons I am so excited about the new publication, “Ethics in Diplomacy,” a magazine that my team and I have been working on for the last 6 months!

This Op-Ed addresses the problem of calling COVID-19 the Wuhan Virus. At the same time, the author has proposed “rebranding” the term COVID-19 to call out a government system that has silenced the truth, resulting in the casualties we have seen in the past year.

USC's Public Diplomacy Magazine is inviting article submissions for their upcoming magazine titled: ETHICS IN PUBLIC DIPLOMACY.

Submissions may be 500-2,000 words in length.

Articles for this issue may highlight:
A) Creative solutions to both endemic and contemporary ethical problems in diplomacy
B) The people, states, organizations, and partnerships promoting ethics in foreign public engagement.
