Over the past two months, we've been on the move with Lunch & Learns in LA and Santa Barbara, a powerful screening of Rebel Hearts and panel discussion, and a fun day connecting with the community at the Lotus Festival in Echo Park and LA Pride.

The Immaculate Heart Community is pleased to share that we have entered into an Operations Management Agreement with the Southern California Retreat Foundation (SOCARE), which will now operate and steward La Casa de Maria Retreat & Conference Center in Montecito, California.

SOCARE has begun the search for a General Manager. If you know someone with the experience, leadership, and heart to guide this special place, please share this opportunity with them.

About the Speaker:
Jennifer Coria is a faith-rooted organizer for CLUE’s immigration. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. After graduating, experiences within her own congregation ignited her commitment to advocacy for immigrant communities. In 2024, she participated in CLUE’s Young Religious Leaders Fellowship (YRLF), where her passion for faith-rooted organizing began.
