🚇 170 TAP cards
🪪 42 ID fee waivers
Because becoming job-ready requires more than a résumé.
It requires reliable transportation to attend interviews, training, and work. It requires valid identification to complete hiring documents and access new opportunities.
These may look like small resources—but for someone rebuilding their life, they can be the difference between being ready for an opportunity and being unable to reach it.
At Healing Urban Barrios, we help our participants prepare for employment by addressing the real barriers standing between them and their next step.

Today at Healing Urban Barrios, participants transformed old skateboards into one-of-a-kind works of art during our Skateboard Designing Workshop.
With paint, imagination, and their own personal style, each participant gave an old board a completely new identity—proving that creativity can bring new life to almost anything.
This workshop was about more than design. It created space for self-expression, confidence, connection, and the freedom to turn an idea into something real.
