Felicidades a nuestros nuevos graduados !!!!

Sometimes we just need a few minutes to pause, breathe, and release tension. A short break can also help us reconnect with our body and mind 💚 Take 2 minutes with us. Your body is asking for it. 💛

Feeling that tension in your shoulders? That tightness in your neck? It’s your body holding on to stress.
Let’s do a MINDFUL PAUSE together — right now, wherever you are:

STEP 1. Inhale and lift your shoulders
Gently breathe in and lift your shoulders up toward your ears.

STEP 2. Hold and release
Exhale slowly and just let everything drop. Let go of the tension.

STEP 3. Stretch your neck
Gently tilt your head to one side. Breathe there. Then the other side.

That’s it.

2 MINUTES. BREATHE. STRETCH. RECONNECT.

You don’t need an hour. You don’t need a perfect quiet room. You just need 2 minutes to come back to yourself.
Save this post for when you need it. Share it with someone who carries a lot on their shoulders today.
You deserve this pause.

You don’t have to be a mental health professional to make an impact.
Sometimes, simply checking in, meeting someone where they are, and staying connected can be a powerful place to start.

NAMI applauds the restoration of 988 “Press 3,” which once again connects LGBTQ+ youth and young adults with specialized crisis support 💚💚
This restoration follows sustained advocacy from NAMI and the broader mental health community. NAMI advocates sent more than 15,000 letters to Capitol Hill calling for these critical services to be restored. LGBTQ+ young people experiencing a mental health crisis deserve access to support that understands their needs💚💚
Restoring Press 3 is an important step — and NAMI will continue advocating to protect this service and ensure LGBTQ+ youth can get the right care at the right time.

Your home affects your mood more than you think. 🏡✨

Let’s create a dopamine-friendly space — a little corner that tells your brain: “you are safe, you are loved, you are home.”
Your environment can influence how you feel. Try adding:
💛 Colors you enjoy - That yellow that makes you smile, that blue that calms you
🌿 Textures that feel good - A soft blanket, a cozy pillow, a warm light
📚 Objects that inspire you - A book, a plant, a photo that gives you hope
🪴 A corner that is just for YOU - Even if it’s tiny. A chair, a lamp, your breath.
You don’t need a perfect house. You need a space that feels like you.
What is one small thing you can add to your corner today? Tell us in the comments 👇
