On Saturday, 14 March, the Masonic Hall at 10 Portland Square, Carlisle, played host to the Annual District Grand Council Meeting of Cumberland and Westmorland. It was a day defined by discipline, tradition, and the warmth of true companionship, as the District Grand Master welcomed a fantastic turnout to this historic border city.
