This is a reminder of our convention scheduled for August 13th–17th, 2026.

Under the theme “Onward Toward Uganda’s Liberation,” we will engage in meaningful discussions, strategic planning, and collective action aimed at strengthening our struggle for democracy, justice, and the rule of law in Uganda. This convention presents yet another important opportunity for us to come together, reflect on our progress, and chart a clear path forward in our shared mission to liberate our nation from Museveni's dictatorship.

We call upon all the National Unity Platform members and supporters to attend, participate actively, and reaffirm their commitment to the cause. Your voice, your presence, and your contribution are vital as we build unity and momentum for the change we seek.

Let us stand together, stronger and more determined than ever, as we move forward in solidarity and purpose.

Some with blinding wealth.. Others with gripping poverty.

Your job isn’t to compare tests.. It’s to pass yours.

And being pleased with the One who decreed it can carry you through it all Masha'Allah.

It’s easy to think everyone has it together, but if you actually sit and talk to people, you’ll see that many are quietly struggling.. Their smiles look sweet, their photos look perfect, but deep down they’re carrying things they can’t even put into words......

We’re all just trying to survive, trying to hold ourselves together while the world sees only the surface.. No one’s life is exactly as it seems, and sometimes the people who look the happiest are the ones holding the heaviest weight.

People keep saying, “LET'S HOPE NEXT YEAR WILL BE A BETTER YEAR,” like the calendar fixes everything. January doesn’t erase pain. A new date doesn’t magically heal wounds. It’s not a fresh start—it’s a continuation. The same life, the same struggles, just another day forward. Real change doesn’t come from a new year; it comes from what you survive, what you face, and what you slowly rebuild, one ordinary day at a time.

Take a moment to reflect on how far you have come this year. Some deadlines might have been missed but you overcame many unexpected challenges. You may not be where you desire to be but you have come further than many people can imagine... You are awesome.
