That is, we work with a team of the most experienced and crea

tive yoga teachers, DJs, designers, and other collaborators – each hand-picked for their specific voice and fit with our flavor. The spirit of BENDER is weaving these voices in a way that respects and highlights each, to deliver an experience that is deep and authentic for our members at every gathering. This ‘flow’ is how Bender innovates. This is how we lift our community.

Sunday 3/15 -- "Flow + Flavor" welcomes guest teacher Cristi Christensen for our rooftop yoga session, making a stop in LA on her international teaching tour.

She'll team up with resident DJ Cole Knight, to take you through a delicious session of movement and music, surrounded by skyline views. And after class, enjoy even more flavor, with brunch at Smorgasburg food festival at ROW DTLA.
