I know I use to hear a lot about su***de and "the plan". Every day I woke up thinking about the desire to commit su***de but never made out a plan, actually on neither of the two attempts. On the day of the attempt, my heart and soul just couldn't take the pain of it all anymore.

It is a very sad commentary how much low to no self esteem has become an epic norm. People much rather live in the inner bo***ge of an outward facade than working on loving themselves to freely be themselves. Hey, i've been there. I use to spend nights crying wanting to be loved and didnt know i hadnt learned to love me my ownself. But when i learned how powerful it was to love me, myself...IT and made me wanna the world! I'd rather empower you than pity you because i once were you!
