Versa-Style has graced our SFIHHDF lineup multiple times over the years — and their energy is nothing short of unmatched. We can’t wait to have them back! 🤩  Founded in 2005 by Los Angeles natives and co-artistic directors Jackie “Miss Funk” Lopez MissFunk Jackie Lopez-Foaad and Leigh “Breeze-Lee” Foaad Leigh Breeze-Lee Foaad , Versa-Style Street Dance Company was created to promote, empower and celebrate the artistry of Hip Hop and street dance culture. Named “Los Angeles’ Best Dance Troupe for Hip Hop Empowerment” by LA Weekly, Versa-Style is recognized for its electrifying performances and inspiring engagement activities for schools and local communities. Consisting of committed, highly skilled street dance artists and educators representative of the diversity and beautiful complexity of Los Angeles, Versa-Style Street Dance Company harnesses the exhilarating energy of street dance onto the concert stage for an unforgettable evening of dance.

WHAT A WEEKEND! 🥹🔥
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported Versa-Style Legacy’s first full length street dance theater production! They had the honor of performing two SOLD OUT nights at Sierra Madre Playhouse ✨

A huge THANK YOU to MissFunk Jackie Lopez-Foaad & Leigh Breeze-Lee Foaad for bringing this vision to life and putting together this entire production in just six weeks! Thank you for believing in us🙏🏽

Thank you to the Assistant Artistic Directors for this production Ernesto "Precise" Galarza & Cynthia Hernandez for helping guide and support VS Legacy through this process and making the journey as smooth as possible! Special shoutout to Harry Weston for the additional support!🫶🏽✨
