Mary's "yes" at the Annunciation revealed a heart completely surrendered to God, a heart that continued saying "yes" through every moment of Jesus' life, all the way to the foot of the Cross. 🀍
Today, as we honor the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we contemplate a heart that never kept anything for itself.
May we learn from her to make our lives a constant "yes" to God, not just a single moment of surrender.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us. πŸ™

Today we celebrate one of the most beautiful mysteries of our faith: Mary, body and soul, assumed into Heaven. 🀍
And we live that same hope here and now. In fraternity, keeping our eyes fixed on Heaven doesn't take away the joy of walking together each day on earth.
Our Lady of the Assumption, pray for us! πŸ™

St. Clare of Assisi left her home in the middle of the night to follow Christ in poverty. She gave up her inheritance, comfort, and security because she discovered something greater: when our hands are empty, they're free to receive God completely. 🀍
Today we celebrate our patroness and ask for her intercession: may we learn, like St. Clare, that poverty is not emptiness, but a heart made fully available for Love.
St. Clare of Assisi, pray for us. πŸ™

On Mount Tabor, Peter, James, and John caught a glimpse of the glory that would sustain them on the road to Calvary. πŸŒ„
The Transfiguration was a moment of grace, preparing the disciples for the trials that lay ahead. It's the same for us: God gives us moments of light not so we can stay on the mountaintop, but so we can carry that light with us through every valley.
Today, may we remember this truth: even in life's darkest moments, the light of Tabor still shines within us. ✨

He failed his studies. People said he didn't have what it took to become a priest. But St. John Vianney reminds us that God isn't looking for perfection, He's looking for a willing heart. πŸ•―οΈ
Today, as we celebrate his feast day, take a moment to ask yourself: What have I been offering God, just what's left... or my whole heart?
If you've ever felt that same stirring within, don't ignore it. It might just be the beginning of your own vocation. πŸ™

God speaks to the heart in simple ways: through a word, a restlessness, or a deep desire to live something greater.
We do not always immediately understand what He wants to show us. But when we feel that inner calling, it is worth listening attentively.
If this message has touched your heart in any way, do not ignore that feeling. It may be the beginning of a journey of discovery, surrender, and purpose.

Behind every mission, there are lives being cared for, communities being supported, and the Gospel being proclaimed every day.
None of this happens alone.
When you contribute, you become part of this mission and help keep alive a work that reaches people, strengthens faith, and brings hope where it is needed most.
Your donation is a tangible act that bears fruits far beyond what we can see.
Be part of this work dreamed of by God. πŸ™

Mary Magdalene went to the tomb searching for answers.
Instead, she encountered a Person.
When Jesus called her by name, her sorrow became mission. She ran to proclaim what she had seen and experienced.
Faith still begins this way.
In an encounter.
In a voice that calls.
In a heart willing to respond.
We encounter Christ every day in the Eucharist, in prayer, and in the faces of the poor we serve throughout the streets of Los Angeles.
Where has Christ been meeting you?

Every day, we encounter people carrying stories, wounds, hopes, and struggles.
It is there, in the encounter with the most vulnerable, that our mission finds its purpose. Serving the poor is not simply an act of charity it is an encounter with Christ Himself.
Every shared meal, every conversation, every prayer, and every act of care reminds us that God is still present among us. 🀍
The mission continues. And you can be part of it.
