AB 2319 is headed to the California Senate floor! ✊

What was once considered a longshot has continued to gain momentum with each victory, thanks to a groundswell of support from Guild members and the diligent advocacy of our allies at the California Post Alliance.

Following a key victory in the Senate Appropriations Committee, we need you to take action again. We need you (as well as allies, family, and friends) to write to your senator and:

1️⃣ Urge your state senator to deliver a resounding YES vote on AB 2319 on the Senate floor.
2️⃣ Ask your senator to urge Senate leadership to add funding for the tax credit to the state budget.

Already written or called? Thank you! But we need you to do it again NOW. As we enter the final stretch, we can’t afford to let up on the gas.

Today, the bill passed out of the Senate Appropriations Committee, moving California’s standalone post-production tax incentive one step closer to becoming a reality.
