Terasaki Budokan is a nonprofit community project of .CDC. The Paul I.

This multi purpose sports and activities center located in Little Tokyo, Downtown LA is open- come visit us! The facility includes a gymnasium that will host an array of sports (basketball, volleyball & martial arts), special events, cultural performances, major tournaments and programming for all ages. Terasaki Budokan (named after Dr. Paul Ichiro Terasaki) is the realization of a 25+ year commun

ity dream to connect visitors to the rich cultural history of Little Tokyo (one of the last 3 remaining Japantowns in America). Terasaki Budokan is a place for opportunity, a place for the community, and a place for future generations. Come shoot your shot 🏀 at our upcoming Women's and Men's Basketball League!

We're accepting 8 women's teams and 8 men's teams for our Winter II 2026 season from September 20 - November 22 (game times are between 6-10pm every Sunday).

The CARE Fair is coming back! 🩺🥫

The CARE (Collective Action for Resource Equity) Fair is a FREE health and resource fair for underserved populations in our community, focusing on residents in Little Tokyo and adjacent neighborhoods on 7/11 from 10am-1pm.
