This is why Rescue is so hard and rescues have to say no when people ask them to take in their pets.
The dogs in rescue are just sitting there, waiting for homes and not getting adopted. 💔

🚨 DOBBY NEEDS A HOME 🚨

Dobby has never had a real home.

He entered Castaic Animal Shelter as a puppy and became the longest resident, watching other dogs get adopted while he stayed behind.

When he was finally rescued, everyone hoped his life was finally changing.

But the homes he thought were his kept disappearing.

• 4 months with a foster who had to step back
• Then 1 year in boarding
• Now 3 months with a foster who can only keep him one more month

If no one steps up, Dobby will lose his home again.

The heartbreaking part?
He is a wonderful dog.

✔ Walks nicely on leash
✔ Has worked with professional trainers

Dobby has no behavior issues.
