Need help connecting with community resources? Community Health Workers are here to provide guidance, support, and resource navigation to help you and your family thrive.

Services include:
* Peer support & resource navigation
* Wellness, growth, and self-sufficiency discussions
* Assistance accessing programs that help ease financial hardships
* Resources may include:
* Job search assistance
* School enrollment
* Mental health services
* Senior programs
* Baby & family support
* Food distributions
* Help finding a primary care physician

Eligible new enrollees insured through L.A. Care, Health Net, Anthem, or Molina may qualify for a $120 gift card after completing CHW enrollment.

🏠 Santa Monica Renter Aid Program

Are you a Santa Monica renter facing a housing crisis? The Santa Monica Renter Aid Program, operated by The People Concern, provides short-term financial assistance and case management to help residents stay safely housed and prevent homelessness.

You may qualify if you:
✅ Live in Santa Monica
✅ Are experiencing a housing crisis
✅ Meet income guidelines (at or below 120% AMI)
✅ All eligible households can apply, regardless of citizenship status

Support may include:
* Rental assistance to stabilize housing
* Short-term case management
* Referrals to additional community resources

📅 Applications are open July 20 – August 20, 2026. Assistance is based on eligibility, priority criteria, and available funding.
