Our 3-point program. Access, Audit, Advice. We gain access to individuals (public office holders) who wish to participate in our program. We conduct our audit. Then we advice the public by issuing a letter grade based on our findings.

Corruption is a highly complex phenomenon. The parties involved leave very little telltale in the form of irrefutable hard evidence. Most of the corruption takes place in
an informal manner and under the dark cover of isolated contacts. At times it does not even require a spoken word. Mere eye contact can establish a relationship of
corruption.
