Fountain Community Gardens

Fountain Community Gardens We are an organic gardening community. The garden has been thriving since June 2009 with gardeners from the immediate neighborhood and surrounding area.

Provided by the City of Los Angeles, the Fountain Community Gardens provide an oasis of sustainability in the heart of Los Angeles. Spearheaded by LA City Councilman Eric Garcetti, the garden provides not only much needed green space in an urban area of the city, but a way for the local community to grow their own food, providing them the opportunity for cost savings and healthier living, as well

as building a sense of community. Plots are available to those in the immediate neighborhood on a first come, first serve basis for a minimal monthly fee. Gardeners interested in having a plot can email [email protected] or call (323) 387-FCG1. For snail mail, please send to

Join We Explore Earth for a free community yoga session surrounded by nature at Fountain Community Garden in Hollywood.

Join We Explore Earth for a peaceful morning of movement, mindfulness, and community in nature 🌱

We’ll be gathering at Fountain Community Garden in Hollywood for a free all-levels yoga session led by We Explore Earth teammate Bea (It’s a Pawty).

Come slow down, stretch, breathe, and start your morning surrounded by plants, community, and the outdoors.

Whether it’s your first yoga class or part of your regular practice, everyone is welcome.

Yoga Begins: 9:05 AM sharp

Please arrive on time as the garden gate will be locked shortly after the session begins.

Flashback to our last Volunteer Day sponsored by Fresh Bros™ Official Page !! It was such a success and such a great group of people to come and help us with the garden. Fresh Bros™ Official Page gave us pies to keep us going in the heat. They even gave us a vegan pie which was perfect because we ended up having a vegan volunteer!

Huuuuuge thank you to everyone who came. We had a lot of new volunteers that may be interested in joining the garden!

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who came to our May Volunteer Day. And a shout out to for supplying amazing sandwiches that fuel us to keep going!
