Our picnic is just around the corner! This is a once-a-year event that Tanayans would like to be in because it’s not only summertime but Tanayans want to come out to be with other kababayans during this wonderful get-together!

Announcement:
The Tanayans of Southern California is holding a feeding program for the children of 2 Barangays.(Magampon and Tabing Ilog)
This would be held on Sunday, 2/11/2024 at 7am at the Barangay hall of Magampon.
We are asking all Tanayans of Southern California who are still in town to join us in this community service for the benefit of Tanay children and families.

Today’s picnic was a blast! With close to a hundred members in attendance, it was not expected because of the scorching heat in LA. Luckily, we’re in an air conditioned Hall! Surprisingly, tons of scrumptious food came in pouring, the members fulfilled their promises!

The event was filled with so many surprises! Karaoke singing kept on going, raffle drawings courtesy of Tina B. Alonzo, Lynda Aban, and Joe Santos. And the Cash Raffle was a hit with 6 consolation prizes of $25 each won by six lucky winners and the jackpot of $200 was won by Rosie Antuerpia.

One of the highlights of the event was the appointment of new Board of Directors, namely Former Councilor of Tanay, Ms. Lilibeth Galang-Bacani representing Orange County, Mr. George Santos representing LA County, Mr. Joey Jidaria and Mr. Ernest Sulapat representing San Diego County. We are fortunate to have these 4 new blood in our fold! We need new and young ideas to enliven our association for the next generation!
