Carver County, you sent a message in the Primary Election. Five candidates entered the race and 4 of the 5 ran on platforms that change is needed within the Carver County Sheriff's Office.
I am incredibly grateful to have been the top vote-getter, receiving 36.73% of the vote.
Four of the five candidates came from outside agencies, and together we received more than 75% of the vote. To me, that is an important message from the voters, the majority chose candidates who were not currently serving within the Carver County Sheriff's Office.
I believe Carver County is ready for new leadership, fresh ideas and a different approach.
I do not take a single Primary vote for granted and humbly ask for your support on November 3. Every JESSICA HEGER for SHERIFF vote brings us one step closer to bringing about the change that is needed.
You can begin voting tomorrow, September 18, 2026. Voting information can be found on my website jessicahegerforsheriff.com or the Minnesota Secretary of State website.
