Join the Los Angeles Host Lions Club for one of our favorite events of the year as we celebrate our 108th Birthday with an afternoon of fun, food, and fellowship!

Please note that the Lions International District 4-L2 District Governor & Cabinet Installation has been moved to a new venue due to an unexpected ballroom change by the hotel.

Today, we celebrate the life and legacy of Helen Keller, whose vision forever changed the Lions movement.

In 1925, Helen Keller challenged Lions to become the “Knights of the Blind.” At that time, LA Host Lions Club was just seven years old, having been founded in 1918, making our club part of this inspiring call to service from the very beginning.

Today, we are proud to continue that mission through service, compassion, and community. Thank you, Helen Keller, for reminding us that one person’s vision can inspire millions to make a difference.

Today we celebrate the strength, leadership, and impact of women everywhere — especially the women who dedicate their time to serving others.

For us, service has become even more meaningful because we share this journey as mother and daughter through the Los Angeles Host Lions Club.

In just a few years as Lions, we have experienced firsthand how powerful service can be — bringing people together, building friendships, and making a difference in our community.
