February 15, 2022 6:00—7:00 P.M. Via Zoom Webinar

The program will provide an overview of methods of coping with the unique limitations and restrictions associated with selecting a jury during the Covid era, including a blueprint for obtaining additional time in questioning jurors and specific remedies for mitigating the special challenges presented when jurors and attorneys are wearing masks and socially distanced.
