We goy you! The SRU team is now renovating 6,000 sq ft of industrial and office space downtown. A few blocks west of the convention center. We have one room that is 4,000 sq ft! Perfect for fabrication, public art builds, scenic shop, sets and props etc.
We have another storefront office space that would be perfect for a gallery.
24 hour access, easy street parking. Building manager on duty. Loading dock onto Valencia street and roll up door onto alley. 26 artist studios in building. Good people , building is well taken care of. Give us a call and come tour the space.

Built as a dancehall for the Zoot Suit community in the 1940's in the Pico Union neighborhood this 10,000 square foot oak floor is finally getting the renovation it deserves. We are lovingly replacing the windows and skylights, install an entirely new electrical system, refurbishing the bathrooms and building out 20 beautiful new artists studios. New color corrected LED lighting in each studio, strong wifi, sink for paints and plaster....

Oops, we did it again! We are in renovation on our new studio building WCFC on Venice & Valencia near the Convention Center. We are now taking reservations for new art studios from 250 to 2,500 sq ft! DM to book a walk through tour!
