Led by Marijke Ocean, a Certified Wayfinder Coach and Certified Mindfulness Mediation teacher, this 2-part series will explore practical but unique ways to relate to our work differently so that you can have better results and a greater sense of clarity and control in your life.

Part 1 will discuss practical work habits that can reduce stress, overwhelm, inefficiency, and miscommunication. It is an interactive workshop, so come prepared to work on specific challenges with special tools designed for this event.

A Founder’s Day Message from the WGA:

On this day in 1914, at the Hotel Sherman in Chicago, Leo M. Bauer and Chandler C. Cohagen officially founded Alpha Rho Chi. For the 108 years since, our fraternity has dramatically grown in breadth and influence – both at the colleges and universities across the country, and through leadership in professional pursuits.

These successes are because of you, our members, who carry forth the founding principles laid out those years ago and work every day to strengthen architecture and the allied arts. I cherish the brotherhood that Alpha Rho Chi has brought to my life and hope that each and every one of you feel the same … it’s a great honor to serve you as Worthy Grand Architect.

THE ANDRONICUS 100 CENTENNIAL FOUNDER'S DAY CELEBRATION IS TOMORROW! ⚜️✨

Below is important information to know before you go - we can’t wait to see you there!

TICKETS
Admission tickets are $20 per person. You can still buy tickets online in advance at andronicus100.eventbrite.com. Tickets will also be available at the door - you can purchase tickets in cash or on your mobile device.

FOOD & DRINK
There will be a full bar at the event with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (21+ only). Both cash and credit card are accepted at the bar. There will also be food available for purchase at the event, with vegan and vegetarian options.

MERCH
Exclusive Andronicus 100 merchandise will be available for purchase (limited supply only!), both cash and PayPal are accepted.

PROGRAMMING & ACTIVITIES
All guests will be able to enjoy a special Andronicus history exhibit, as well as scheduled house tours. There will also be an Andronicus 100 Photo Booth and DJ. Join us for a complimentary champagne toast at 9pm as we commemorate 100 years since the founding of the Andronicus Chapter of Alpha Rho Chi, followed by a group photo.

PARKING
There will be no parking available on site. Limited street parking is available in the area as well as parking at the nearby Shrine Auditorium parking garage. We recommend carpooling, using rideshare apps or taking Metro. Please do not drink and drive.

GENERAL HOUSE PROTOCOLS
We kindly ask that all guests treat the Andronicus-Shankland chapter house with respect. Access to the 1st floor restrooms and kitchen is not permitted; please use the VIP portable restrooms which are located outside. Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors are only permitted during house tours.

COVID MEASURES
Proof of vaccination or negative test are not required for entry. The use of masks is not required but encouraged when indoors. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please take care of yourself and others and stay home.

EVENT SET-UP
If you are able to arrive early, we would greatly appreciate your help with setting up for the event anytime between 12pm-6pm. Please contact [email protected] w/ your availability.
