Ballots drop THIS WEEKEND for the June 2 California Primary — and we built something to help you support DTLA when you cast your vote.

The DTLA RA 2026 Voter Guide shows you exactly where candidates stand on the issues that matter most to our community: public safety, economic recovery, housing, schools, and walkable streets.

10 races. 41 candidates. 10 issues.

Every answer verbatim.

🔗 Link in bio.

We invited every candidate in every race. Everyone who responded is in the guide. We won’t tell you who to vote for, but we’re working hard to help you understand where they stand on your community.

Share this with your neighbors. Drop it in your building group chat. Downtown has 90,000 residents.

When we vote, Downtown recovers faster and our elected leaders care more. 💪

And while we’re at it — don’t forget to make sure you’re registered at your Downtown address and to make a plan to vote!

Thanks to every candidate who took the time to engage and share their vision for DTLA.

2025 has been a YEAR.

Downtown residents united as a community to support fellow Angelenos impacted by the fires, defended our urban tree canopy from vandalism, won new street light repairs, secured increased copper wire theft penalties, helped each other through neighborhood ICE raids, overturned the Downtown protest curfew, won a commitment of new footbeat patrols, and got a lot of attention from , the , — and our City and State lawmakers along the way.

We’re SO proud of the community we’re building and the strength we’re establishing together.

At the same time, we saw beloved Downtown institutions struggle to stay open and close — and we’re just barely scratching the surface when it comes to addressing some of our most pressing community issues like public safety, open air drug use, and street-level mental health crises.

We can’t think of a better place to reflect on the high and lows of this year together, than at . The word is that Cole’s, a historic institution, will close on December 31. While we hope that won’t be true, we don’t want to miss a chance to gather together for what could be the last time.

We hope you’ll join us on Thursday 12/19, 6-8pm to celebrate the holidays over cocktails and a French Dip.

As a way to give back, we have partnered with for a holiday gift card drive to benefit over 80+ vulnerable families at the YMCA Downtown pre-school. Please bring a gift card of $25, $50, or $100 that can be used by families to buy toys for the holidays (think Target, etc).

This is all about our Downtown community - join us!
