JEF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!

JABA Educational Foundation (JEF) is pleased to announce that applications for the 2022-23 JEF scholarships are now available! JEF will be awarding up to four (4) scholarships to law students and recent graduates with a connection to the Japanese American and/or API community who have a demonstrated commitment to community service. Please spread the word to all who might be interested!

Japanese American Bar Association Educational Foundation (JEF) is happy to announce the official launch of the ELMER YAMAMOTO CIVIL RIGHTS & PUBLIC INTEREST SCHOLARSHIP, our new rotating scholarship named in honor of our trailblazers and community leaders.

To celebrate the launch, we will be holding an in-person fundraiser on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22 at ALOHA CAFE in the heart of Little Tokyo. Join us for ono Hawaii food and a hosted sake bar while we celebrate the scholarship launch and the legacy of Elmer Yamamoto and his family.

We have an exciting selection of raffle prizes at JABA's 43rd Annual Gala tomorrow: an Apple Watch, two Disney 3-day Park Hopper tickets, an exclusive selection of Justin Isosceles wines with tasting passes, and Kujira 20 year Japanese Whisky!

All purchases of at least $150 in raffle tickets qualify for a free bottle of wine, while supplies last.
