Simply just bring a bag, and leave with a new Kei! Each bag of donations total to $10 or $15, price is gauged by our volunteer staff members depending on the size bag you bring and fullness✨

Such a short notice, but thank you so much to everyone who came by to visit us at Natsu Festival at STC Rowland Heights!

We were so lucky to be included this time around, but unfortunately we have packed up for the weekend due to conflicting obligations. We hope everyone enjoyed making their reusable can badge buttons, and were able to give our freebies a good home! 🏠✨

Now that all of our staff members have rested and recovered from this past weekend, we wanted to officially say:

Thank you for coming by the APCI booth and for supporting all of our programming we produced for Taste of Japan ‘s Sky level and Main stages alongside Tune In Tokyo !

It was great pleasure to be able to share so much with everyone, and we look forward to having you join us for future events, activities, and adventures in the future.

For those who participated in the cosplay competition, we hope you like your prizes! We were happy to have produced the prizes for this Summer 2026.

We can’t wait to share more about our favorite programming sections at a future date:

Thank you for coming to day one of Taste of Japan ☀️💕We hope that you all were able to enjoy our free activities at the APCI booth, and enjoyed some of the programming that we planned!

Unfortunately we didn’t get to photograph the cosplay contest or the jeopardy game, but we had such a large turnout that it warmed our hearts so greatly!

Thank you Tune In Tokyo for bringing us back to participate in these stages again, it’s a pleasure to be a part of this community. ✨

Looking for something to do this weekend? We have some opportunities for everyone to participate in this Friday and Saturday!

COSPLAYER OPPORTUNITIES:
1) We are looking for cosplayers to showcase their costumes! If you don’t want to participate in a cosplay contest, but would prefer to highlight your favorite look, join us for our cosplay dress up showcase.

2) We are looking for cosplayers to join Friday’s cosplay contest! If you are looking for an easygoing competition with low stakes involved to get yourself involved in, we are excited to have you join us.

MODEL OPPORTUNITIES:
1) Female Models are needed for our romantic women’s kimono showcase! If you missed out on our winter event, this is the perfect time for you to come out and explore the beauty of kimono.

2) All models of varying size ranges and gender identities are welcome to join us for our Harajuku Fashion Showcase! We are excited to have you join us for this new opportunity.
