With everything happening, it’s a little confusion, so I have finalized some graphics to help give you a better insight on what we are offering to you all as “thank you”s for trusting us yet again with another interactive fan event.

Full disclaimer, we had adjusted some items but have instead added other things as well! If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to us via instagram direct message or drop a message in the discord server and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

[NEW UPDATES AS OF 2/13/2026:]
Due to previous mentioned changes happening with our collaborative partner permits:
♡ VENUE LOCATION CHANGED TO LOFT AND BLOOM EVENT SPACE IN LOS ANGELES,CA.

General Admission:
♡ General Admission Cost reduced from $70usd to $30usd due to popular demand.
♡ The following gifted items for General Admission have been REMOVED. Current GA ticket holders have been REFUNDED the full amount of cost for the previous GA:
X @ vodaimu art prints
X postcard prints of each love interest’s custom-designed outfits
X regal-themed gold frame (postcard size)
X 2 random love interest cafe stickers by
♡ General Admission is now TIMED between 1.5-hour intervals to accommodate adjusted financial numbers. VIP is NOT time-slotted.

VIP Admission:
♡ ONLY VIP Admission includes (2) DIY decoden workshop experiences exclusive to our VIP space. A staff member will provide a sticker on your badge to mark your workshop activity as “cleared”. Decorate (1) hairclip and (1) retractable badge holder clip using faux whipped cream, sprinkles, and decorate with your choice of chocolate or fruit!
♡ VIP Admission now includes additional gifts:

♡ stickers of omurice art of xavier and rafayel by @ bunnieskisses

Artist Spaces:
♡ Available table spaces for artist showcases have been reduced from 10 to 6. Please message directly via Instagram for approvals before purchasing.
♡ Artist Tables have been reduced from 6ft and 4ft options to only 4ft options. Please message directly via Instagram if you would like to begin a refund process.
♡ Artists can sell their work in the “art gallery” as desired at no extra cost. Stock of prints and additional goods will be kept in the “back area”.

Other:
♡ Additional photo spaces and backdrop spaces are now available with fake food and “dining area” setups.
♡ Colored wrist bands will be distributed to GA and VIP will receive name badges.
♡ General Activities include: love letter writing, interactive experience with the cosplayers.

[EVENT UPDATE] You are cordially invited to join us for our 1 year anniversary event: a romantic Popup and kissaten experience at “Kissaten no Ai ｜喫茶店の愛☕︎❤️”！.usa brings you an enhanced and unique experience featuring Love and Deep Space cosplayers in custom cosplay costumes designed and built by a Los Angeles costume designer, interactive guest experiences, a curated kissaten experience produced in collaboration with , complimentary gifts, an art gallery, featured artists, fashion, and jewelry brands, and so much more.

Previously, this event was scheduled under different circumstances. As our previous venues had fallen through due to double bookings and location management evicting the venue hosts, we have opted to rent out an entirely new facility located in Los Angeles, CA. Due to the new circumstances, we are increasing our gifts for previous ticket buyers.

Time: !!! New location hours are from 12P to 4P !!!

Tickets are currently available on our website at apciusa.org or accessible through our profile. Additional ticket tiers and packages have been updated.

All event cosplayers have already been selected and will be announced at a later date. Kissaten mennu pricing and art are being finalized, and will be released in the coming week.

Otherwise, secure your table space today (same as ticket listing)! All vendor spaces do not include complimentary lunches, but will include complimentary drinks. Early Bird Access to the ticketing system will be available starting on: Wednesday, February 4th, 2025 at 11am Pacific Standard Time.

Public Access to the ticketing system will be available starting on: Monday, February 9th, 2025 at 11am Pacific standard time.

All entrance ticket sales are first come, first serve. No additional tickets will be available once all tickets are sold. Ticket sales will close on February 22nd. No refunds or exchanges will be available for this event, under any circumstances. Tickets can be transferred and will be honored under all circumstances.

Bridging the gaps to create a more interactive, inclusive, and accessible experience, we are excited to invite you to our one day popup: 喫茶店の愛 ☕︎❤️Kissaten no Ai

Save the date for the big day: March 14th, 2026!
Hosted in Hollywood, CA.

Tickets include General Admission ($70usd) and VIP Admission ($175). Tickets do not include menu items, and are exclusive to the interactive and gift experienced.

Early bird ticketing will be available starting Wednesday, February 4th, 2025 at 11AM PST.

Tickets will be available on a first come, first serve basis between now and February 22nd, 2025. No additional tickets will become available once tickets have sold out or past the time frame. Walk-in attendees will not be served or attended to.

LA 2026 is officially over! Thank you so much to all of the attendees for coming out to join us for the experience. We were extremely grateful for everyone’s considerate attitudes and patient sincerity on Sunday, which helped us close out the show swimmingly.

We hope that it has served as a wonderful memory, a fun experience, and a worthwhile opportunity to try new things and challenge ourselves to experiment more!

Thank you once again to and the staff for inviting us back to offer these workshops. It was a pleasure to be a part of this event, and we look forward to potentially collaborating again in the future.

Special thanks again to all of our amazing friends and community members for helping us as volunteer staff for the event. Each one of them are vital to our organization, joining together as the very backbone that keeps us going. Without their assistance and dedication to .usa ‘s mission, we would be unable to offer such great opportunities to our communities!

And as always, if there is one lesson you can take away from this weekend’s workshop:

Never forget that the beauty of experience, is from trial and error. Learning from our mistakes, opens up new possibilities to explore beyond ourselves and what we know! All mileage counts, and is just as important and valuable to our successes.

Thank you so much to everyone who had joined us on Saturday for our decoden workshop at LA 2026! We were so grateful for the opportunity to share our love for decoden with you all (=^▽^)σ

Unfortunately, we will now be limiting the number of items that can be made, and will be rationing sprinkles per party due to limited resources. (＞人＜;)

We highly encourage everyone to be mindful of how much materials you use by considering others who are waiting to participate in these crafts. ( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )
