We’re hiring an Experienced Housing Coordinator to join the team at N.O.A.H.’s Foundation Inc..

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with real experience navigating homeless services systems, housing coordination, CES, HMIS, housing matching, and DMH referrals.

The ideal candidate understands urgency, documentation, landlord communication, housing stability planning, and how to effectively support individuals navigating homelessness across Los Angeles County.

Minimum 5 years experience required.

Hybrid position with required in-person office and field work throughout LA County.

$30–$35/hour depending on experience.

Applicants must be comfortable managing a caseload of up to 35 lower-acuity participants and working in fast-paced community environments.

Bilingual candidates are a plus.

N.O.A.H.’s Foundation Inc. has priority application support access for these units and our team is available to assist community members through the application process.

Estimated rent starts around $1,800/month. Housing vouchers are welcome and income/property qualifications apply.

This is an on-site direct support role assisting community members with resource navigation, benefit applications, ID assistance, food distribution, and community support services and intakes.

Some people think getting housed is the finish line.
But for so many families, it’s only the beginning.

When Adreanna sat down with our team, she didn’t ask for anything extravagant. She asked for the basics most of us don’t think twice about:

Pots and pans.
Cleaning supplies.
A trash can.
Bedding.
A TV stand.
Paper towels.

The kind of things that turn an empty unit into a home.

At N.O.A.H.’s Foundation Inc., we believe housing without support isn’t stability. Real stability means helping families rebuild with dignity, comfort, and community behind them.

This is what rebuilding looks like in real life.
Not perfection. Not luxury. Just someone trying to start over with almost nothing and still choosing hope anyway.

N.O.A.H’s Foundation is committed to raising up people with lived experience — transforming their resilience, survival skills, and insight into professional impact.

Our recent LEAD Case Management Training was powerful. The room was filled with future case managers, future transitional housing owners, and future community leaders. This is the work. This is the mission.

And we’re not stopping.
In December, we’re hosting the next cohort — empowering lived-experience leaders to step into case management and supporting those ready to open their own transitional homes.
