Watts is a community we are proud to serve. To stand on that field with Noah, holding a jersey with our name on it, was a moment I’ll always remember.

Our Lived Experience Workshop is about turning personal experience into purpose.

We are training individuals with lived experience to become case managers who can support people from all backgrounds as they navigate housing, employment, resources, and other life challenges.

Their experiences have given them a level of understanding that cannot always be taught in a classroom. Now, they are gaining the professional tools, training, and confidence to help others move forward.

This is what opportunity looks like. 💙
