You're invited to join EPIP-LA next Friday, April 23 at 10 am for an interactive workshop to explore "Healing Justice," as coined by Cara Page, and learn why it matters to the sustainability of social justice work. This workshop will focus on incorporating wellness as a direct correlation with social justice and will include a short, accessible yoga practice that can be done at your desk. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

This workshop will be led by Alicia ‘ayo’ Ohs, an artist, anti-racist facilitator, yoga teacher, and the founder of Anti-Oppression Yoga based in Brooklyn, NY, Lenapehoking. A long-time organizer, ayo has also been teaching yoga for 16 years and is dedicated to understanding and unpacking how inequity and racism inundate our lives and bodies.
