7/25/26, Congratulations to District 4C4 Governor Jimmy Ness & team 2026-2027!

District 4L3 Governor Francis Lee attended the District 4C4 Cabinet Installation in Millbrae,CA.
It was a well-attended occasion, with an impressive gathering of Lions dignitaries from MD4 California and also with the distinguished presence of Mayor Stephen Rainaldi of Millbrae, CA and Mayor Art Kiesel of Foster City, CA.

The honorable Installing Officer, Lion Mark Lyon - International President delivered a heartfelt message, reminded everyone that service is the driving force behind Lionism.

District 4L3 Governor Francis Lee was accompanied in attendance by his partner in service, Dr Jun Hee Kim and his daughter, Kay Lee.
I also had the privilege to attend as well through the kind invitation of Lion Melite of 4C4.
