Operation Altadena Sandbags
Based on our hard work and reputation built during the LA Fires, LA County Public Works has asked for help.
With a powerful "Super El Niño" approaching, Los Angeles County is facing a severe risk of historic rainfall and flooding this winter. LA County Public Works has issued an urgent request for assistance in preparing thousands of sandbags to protect local homes, businesses, and infrastructure before the heavy rains begin.
As Volunteer Ministers, our motto is: "Something CAN be done about it." This is our moment to step up, support our local emergency personnel, and safeguard our communities.
