At a time of accelerated change across the television and entertainment industry, The HRTS Foundation invites HRTS Executive and Associates Members to an intimate networking reception with light bites followed by a candid, interactive panel. The discussion will focus on how roles are evolving as companies shift and technologies disrupt — and how to redraw career paths that once felt secure. We will talk about the importance of curiosity, resilience and the courage to reinvent in the face of change.

The Panel will reflect on:
- Launching new career chapters within the industry
