Members of the 2026 HRTS Fellowship Class gathered in Los Angeles for the 4th annual, three-day Fellowship Program Summer Summit, July 22–24, 2026. Thanks to the support of the HRTS community and Foundation sponsors Amazon MGM Studios, Lionsgate, Netflix, Warner Bros. Television Group, and Weintraub Tobin, Fellows connected with industry leaders, explored new career paths, and built lasting relationships through Q&As and networking opportunities.

The jury is comprised of Easterseals Disability Committee Co-Chairs and members of the HRTS Board of Directors.

The honor will be announced and presented at the 2026 Official After Party Co-Sponsored by HRTS & Easterseals SoCal Disability Services on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Santa Monica.

A memorable way to close out the 2026 HRTS Fellowship Program Summer Summit. 🎬

Our Fellows had the incredible opportunity to visit Warner Bros. Discovery's Crew HQ, where they explored behind the scenes of upcoming productions and gained valuable insight into the creative and production process. The experience, hosted courtesy of Sara Maldonado, Head of Inclusion for Warner Bros. Pictures, Animation, and Studio Operations and HRTS Associates LA Board Member, offered an inspiring look at the collaboration that brings stories to life. The day concluded with lunch, where the cohort reflected on the experiences from an impactful Summer Summit.

Investing in the next generation of entertainment leaders means providing opportunities to learn from today's industry decision-makers while building skills for long-term success.

During the HRTS Fellowship Summer Summit, Fellows were welcomed to Warner Bros. Discovery for an engaging brunch and intimate Q&A with Brett Paul, President, Warner Bros. Television Group and Chief Operating Officer, WBD US Networks; Sara Maldonado, Head of Inclusion for Warner Bros. Pictures, Animation, and Studio Operations; and Darián Adriano, Recruiter at Warner Bros. Discovery, JHRTS Board Member, Associate Member and HRTS Fellowship Program Alumni. Their candid conversation offered valuable perspectives on leadership, career development, and navigating today's evolving entertainment landscape.

The experience continued with a Financial Wellness Workshop hosted by First Entertainment Credit Union, providing Fellows with practical financial strategies that complement their professional growth and empower them to build sustainable careers.
