Thank you for helping our LA community!

Last week, Sepulveda and Mark Twain students joined UCLA WYSE mentors in a clean-up at Venice Beach. Students learned the importance of environmental stewardship in the company of fellow WYSE mentees.

We had additional fun with lunch, water color painting, beach ball playing, and supervised shore exploring.

Our very own CED Directors, Andrea and Melany, also taught us a special WYSE rollcall chant (not pictured).

We can’t wait for the next WYSE outing!! ⛱️

Join WYSE at the UCLA Women’s Basketball Game vs Wisconsin on Sunday February 22nd! 🏀🧸🌟

This field-trip is completely FREE with lunch, transportation to and from UCLA, and the game ticket provided.

Enjoy time with WYSE mentors AND a tour of the UCLA campus!

Please have a signed permission slip to attend this field trip!!

Field Trip Itinerary:
11:00 am - Students shuttled from Middle School to UCLA with provided buses
12:30 pm - arrive at UCLA, eat the provided lunch, and tour UCLA’s campus.
2:00 pm - attend the UCLA vs. Wisconsin women’s basketball game in Pauley Pavilion, Ucla
5:00 pm - Estimated time of return to Middle School
5:00-5:30 pm - Student pick-up
