What makes an experience unforgettable? Sometimes it’s not the place—it’s the people.

Our summer legal interns recently visited the Pasadena City Attorney’s Office, where the Deputy City Attorneys generously shared their time, career journeys, and practical advice.

One intern said something that really stayed with us: “I’ve never had an attorney sit down with law students, answer our questions, and share their experiences in such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.”

Moments like these remind us that mentorship matters. A simple conversation can inspire confidence, provide direction, and help shape the next generation of advocates.

A heartfelt thank you to the Pasadena City Attorney’s Office and the Deputy City Attorneys for investing in our students. Your generosity and willingness to mentor are making a lasting impact.
