Wow! It's not every day you get commemorated for launching a subgenre. Thanks to Tracy Brown, Marc Bernardin, and everybody at the LA Times.

“Snakes on a Plane” tapped into two of many people’s biggest fears — flying and snakes — and launched its own B-movie mash-up subgenre. The film hit theaters Aug. 18, 2006, and took the top spot at the box office that weekend, earning $15 million. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of “Snakes on a...

I n honor of the 10th anniversary of New Line Cinema’s “Snakes on a Plane,” screenwriter John Heffernan looks back on the cult film’s genesis, its evolution and the rather unique place it holds in Hollywood lore.

But first things first. I like cars. I like German cars. And the 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo just makes me feel like I could write for days and days and days...

The great Samuel L. Jackson is known for many films, but his all time stand out cult hit is "Snakes on a Plane." Rarely has a bad film been so enjoyable. At this week's premiere of Wong Kar Wei's "...

Normally I don't put too terribly much stock in reviews even from the most respected of critics, but if you don't know John Llewellyn Probert, then you don't know Horror... and vice versa. Thank you sir, for the very kind words, and I'm glad you enjoyed the film.

I would try to find this movie, now that you (probably the only one till date) have reviewed the film in rather 'positive' terms.

Wow. Five stars -- an emphatically positive review! Now, I don't know what it says, as it's in German... but when did anything written emphatically in German ever mean anything bad?

Great interview if you're a BREAKING BAD fan, but also a very honest accounting of just how utterly soul-crushing the Hollywood pitch process is for all involved at all levels. It is really, really, really not easy. But God bless Vince Gilligan for making it happen, and making it great.
