Join us on March 11 from 12pm-1pm for a Zoom session on family business succession (link to register below and in profile) designed for owners, operators, advisors, or next-gen leaders thinking seriously about what comes next for a family business or long-standing enterprise. The event will focus on the real decisions that tend to get postponed, including when to step back, how to prepare the next leader, how to navigate family dynamics, and how to preserve the culture and values that made the business successful.

The session is hosted by Rishi Sharma (FEMBA ‘25), former family business owner who successfully exited his family enterprise and now focuses on acquiring and stewarding founder-led businesses, and Kyler Gilbert, (FEMBA ‘25) and Partner at Business Resources Consulting, advising family-owned businesses on succession, valuation, and continuity planning.
