Nigerian-American Public Affairs Committee- California Chapter The Nigerian-American Public Affairs Committee (NAPAC)'s vision is to be the center-point of Nigerian-American progress in the United States.

This page is for NaPac chapter in California. NAPAC USA is a non-partisan membership advocacy group, it is a legally registered 501(c)4 organization formed in May of 2011. The state chapters of NAPAC are formed as 527 organizations that raise money on a state platform to endorse and/or contribute to a political aspirant and/or support a policy in national, state and local elections. on is a public welfare organization formed as a 501(c)3 organization, established in order to foster and carry out the vision and objectives of NAPAC USA and its state PACs. NAPAC USA serves as the umbrella organization for the legally registered state chapters of the Nigerian American Political Affairs Committee (NAPAC). NAPAC has no political or corporate affiliation. NAPAC state PACS supports policies and public offices which are aligned with the values of the organization and are in the best interest of the Nigerian Americans in the United States and Nigeria. NAPAC's areas of focus are immigration, education, social security, foreign policies and community service. Membership is open to all Nigerians, Nigerian-Americans and friends of Nigeria. NAPAC provides mechanisms for, and encourages, active participation of its members in determining its policy positions. Prior to making a contribution or endorsing a political aspirant or policy, NAPAC determines that the individual's policy positions or the policy are aligned with those of the Organization. NAPAC Foundations primary purpose is to educate Nigerian-Americans and other interested parties about the civic responsibilities of the US and to provide support to NAPAC USA and other groups that can help it achieve its primary purpose. NAPAC activities are funded entirely by contributions and donations from donors, friends and dues paid by members. Members and non-members of NAPAC State PACs can make donations to the organization, to a specified candidate or the advocacy of a particular policy. Donations and contributions to the NAPAC Foundation are voluntary. Any and all donations to NAPAC Foundation are tax deductible.
