CCIM GLA at Commercial Outlook 2026! 📸

On August 6, Greater Los Angeles Realtors hosted Commercial Outlook 2026, featuring Oscar Wei, Deputy Chief Economist for the California Association of REALTORS®, who shared insights on what may be ahead for the commercial real estate market. The program also featured a lending discussion with Tica O’Neill, Caitlin Chen, and Sarkis Daldumyan, exploring how current economic conditions are shaping financing decisions and opportunities.

It was great to see CCIM GLA Chapter leaders and members in attendance, gaining timely market insights while connecting with fellow commercial real estate professionals.

This week, we're highlighting Wendy Holt, Marketing Chair of the 2026 CCIM Greater Los Angeles Board of Directors.

As the Founder of Holt Capital CRE Group, powered by Realty One Group United, Wendy brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. A passionate entrepreneur and industry leader, she is dedicated to helping clients and fellow professionals grow through education, technology, and innovation.

In addition to serving as Marketing Chair for CCIM GLA, Wendy is the President of AREAA LA Coastal, a member of the Rancho Southeast Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Mount Saint Mary's University.

Her creativity, leadership, and commitment to professional development continue to strengthen our chapter and expand opportunities for our members.
