Through AltaMed’s Community Care Fund, Concepcion received support to pay her electric bill and purchase groceries for her family. She was also connected to local food banks and resources that provided diapers, wipes, clothing and shoes for her daughter.

Stories like Concepcion’s are possible because of the generous corporate and foundation partners who invest in the Community Care Fund.
