Widtsoe Foundation is to bring the world of Mormon Studies to the University of Southern California community, and take the “good news” from the campus to the world through scholars, symposia and seminars, students and technology. But not just scholarship, also a practicum in how to make the principles of faith a daily practice in interfaith inclusiveness, service and empowerment by providing the

necessary financial and program support to fulfill the mission of the John A. Widtsoe Chair in Mormon Studies at USC’s School of Religion. Widtsoe Symposium each semester as well as house and administer the vast array of scholarly works and technology-based library offerings that will be made available to the global religious community.
