Carter Lloyds is Chief Marketing Officer at Indeavor, providing frontline workforce scheduling for complex 24/7 operations in F&B, general manufacturing, energy and government operations.

With 20+ years as a Vertical Software Revenue Catalyst and Data-Driven Marketing Transformation Executive, he builds high-performance marketing organizations that drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing ROI in B2B enterprise software. Previously, as Chief Product and Marketing Officer at QAD, Inc., Carter led a global team of 158, orchestrated acquisitions delivering $1B+ in enterprise value, launched the “Pragmatic AI” initiative, and consistently exceeded lead-generation targets by 124% on average.

A proud USC Trojan, he earned his Ph.D. in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California, where he also taught undergraduate courses.

Jamie is an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the Los Angeles office. After interning with them in 2023, she joined BCG full-time in 2024 following her graduation from USC. Before BCG, Jamie interned in Finance with the Space unit of Lockheed Martin in Denver, CO. While at USC, Jamie was active in the Marshall Business Network, Marshall Case Team, and Marshall Student Ambassadors. As a Colorado native, she enjoys anything outdoors - skiing, biking, hiking, and backpacking, and has added beach days to her routine since moving to Los Angeles.
