Welcome to day 2 of OPTOBER and day 275 of the Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E. MOVEMENT. Can you believe we have already reached month 10 of 2026? As we embark upon the new month, we simultaneously meditate on and bask in September's harvest of holistic harmony, hope, and healing.
OPTOBER (October) is the 10th month of the year; the number 10 represents divine order, completeness, and human responsibility before God. As Colossians 2:10 reminds us, "And you are in Him made full and having come to fullness of life." With this being stated, I invite you to embrace the gift of OPTOBER which is divine order, completeness achieved, received, and experienced through Optimizing our Options, Optimism, and Opportunities. The culminating impact of which is finding, fostering, and flourishing in Fulfillment that leads to Living Indelibly Fruitful Experiences UNBOTHERED.

OPTOBER Fulfillment Prayer
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the harvest of holistic harmony, hope, and healing that ushered us through September. As we step into this tenth month, OPTOBER, we step into Your divine order and completeness. We take full responsibility for the options and opportunities You place before us, and we ask for the wisdom to optimize them with a spirit of unshakeable optimism.
Lord, let Your divine alignment order our steps daily. Where there has been lack, bring Your overflow. Where there has been delay, bring Your completeness. We decree that distraction, opinion, and opposition have no power over us. Keep our minds stayed on You, completely UNBOTHERED by the storms of life, as You guide us into Living Indelibly Fruitful Experiences. We receive the gift of fulfillment today, knowing that what You have started in us, You are faithful to complete. In the mighty, matchless name of Jesus, Amen.

"They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death."
I bid your bright blessings as I greet you, welcoming you to this sentimental Soul-searching Saturday. There is a profound prominence as I share my testimony.
In my Soul-searching today, I recall, recollect and reflect on the course of my life. It was 25 years ago that I was given the prognosis of a 6 month life expectancy. Yet, here I remain…But God!
This experience is the personification of “what the enemy meant for evil, God meant for good”.
Today, I am reminded that the terrain of our Getting F.I. T. for L.I.F.E. journey consists of highways and horizons, hills and hollows, mountains and meadows, pathways and pastures, rocks and ridges, valleys and vistas.
As I recall, recollect, and reflect I am also reminded of God's word in John 10:10 “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”.
There is nothing like a death decree to inspire the desire to have life, to have life more abundantly. For me, not only was the desire for life abundantly ignited, but I discovered Fundamental Intrinsic Truths of what abundantly really means. Abundantly refers to acknowledgement, alignment, prioritizing and preserving that paves the way for L.I.F.E. -Living Indelibly Fruitful Experiences.

Today, I declare that a death decree is not a death sentence.
I declare that my motivation is anchored in an unshakeable, divinely fueled purpose. Because my life was preserved by a higher decree, I do not merely exist; I live with intentional, fiery passion. Every morning I wake is a visual anchor of God’s grace, and I fully charge my spirit to pursue the assignments placed before me. I reject complacency, and I fuel my days with the remembrance of where I have been and the grand vision of where I am going.
I declare that I am a person who takes affirmative action. I do not wait for the terrain to become smooth before I move forward as my steps are ordered by the Lord. I lace up my boots and step up and step boldly onto the highways, up the mountains, and through the valleys. I build momentum through obedience. I step out in faith, knowing that my feet are guided and that stagnant waters breed no life. I choose to move, to speak, to build, and to impact.
I declare that I am actively creating opportunities. I am not passive, waiting for doors to open; by faith and strategic effort, I speak to the gates and watch them shift. Where there is a lack, I bring a supply of creativity. Where there is a hollow, I plant seeds of promise. I recognize that the abundant life requires me to look at a blank canvas and confidently paint the horizons of tomorrow.
I declare that I am winning with wisdom. I do not fight battles with carnal strength, but with spiritual maturity and divine discernment. I draw from the deep well of my twenty-five-year testimony. I walk in the Fundamental Intrinsic Truths of acknowledgement, alignment, prioritizing, and preserving. This wisdom is my shield and my strategy, ensuring that every victory is sustainable and every season is seasoned with understanding.
I am Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E.—Living Indelibly Fruitful Experiences—more abundantly, today and forevermore.
Heavenly Father, Thank You. Thank You for the gift of today, for this milestone of twenty-five years, and for every single breath that defied the enemy's decree. You are the author of my life, the keeper of my days, and the source of my abundant joy. Lord, as I stand on this mountain looking back at the valleys and ahead at the horizons, I ask that You solidify these words in my heart. Give me the strength to lace up my boots every morning and the divine wisdom to win every battle before me. Order my steps, open the gates of opportunity, and let my life continue to be a living, breathing testimony of Your grace. May I live indelibly, fruitfully, and abundantly today and always.
Be blessed; be encouraged; live life more abundantly. In the name of Jesus.

Greetings and Salutations on this delightful day. We are embarking upon yet another Soul-searching Saturday. I must say that I am humbled by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit who is the inspiration behind the Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E. Movement, and who inspires and imparts the messages on this Platform. .
Likewise, I am truly for those like Allie Mac and Coretta Rolfe
who follow, support, and comment. It is my sincerest prayer hope the words I share will provide encouragement while producing edification, enlightenment, expansion, and elevation.
May your time of Soul-searching reveal the deepest Intrinsic Truths. May these truths evoke Motivation to Take Affirmative Action Creating Opportunities for Exercising Wisdom that elicits Winning strategies for navigating our journey with Grace, Resilience, Empowerment, and Tenacity. May your Thoughts turn to the Theories by which we govern your quest for success. Finally, may the Divine Manifestations of God's plans for your D.R.E.A.M.S. and visions culminate in the fruition of the Fulfillment of His completed work in you.

Good morning Getting F.I.T. Family and Friends. Welcome to Motivation Monday. I hope that you enjoyed your Serenity Sunday and that you have emerged refreshed, revitalized, renewed and ready to face the impending week with hope, vigor, and vitality. Many of us are facing pressure as we transition to the month of September. Some of us are feeling pressured because the end of 2026 is looming ominously before us. Do not despair because you're under pressure. Pressure can be a good thing…it can even be a motivator!
I am excited to share something with you that the Lord has imparted into my spirit regarding our attitude with regard to PRESSURE. Most of us have issues with pressure even though life on earth does not afford us the luxury of living pressure free. For far too many of us pressure can be viewed as an obstacle that causes stagnation which inadvertently facilitates the foregoing of pursuing (and ultimately) living our dreams (divine purpose).
Conversely, as a motivator, pressure can serve as the divine catalyst that propels us directly into our God-given destiny. Instead of causing stagnation, healthy pressure shifts our perspective from panic to preparation, stripping away trivial distractions and forcing a sharp focus on what truly matters. In the economy of God, this intense weight is never intended to break us, but rather to burst us out of complacency and uncover the latent spiritual gifts and strength we did not know we possessed. Much like the natural process that transforms common coal into a precious diamond, spiritual and mental pressure accelerates our personal growth, matures our character under tight timelines, and demands a deeper, non-negotiable reliance on faith. Ultimately, when embraced as a positive force, pressure defeats procrastination by making the spiritual and emotional cost of staying still far too high to bear, converting an apparent obstacle into the very fuel needed to pursue and achieve our divine purpose.

PRESSURE is a physical and spiritual force that can also serve as a motivational force. I believe it benefits us to see PRESSURE as a Motivational force rather than an oppositional or adversarial force. Doing so enables us to “Pres(s) (as)sured”. To press assured is to trust in the Lord with all our heart, leaning not unto our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5–6). Likewise we must count it all joy when faced with life’s pressures (James 1:2-4). Finally it means that we can press toward the mark for the prize of God’s calling which is our divinely ordained purpose (Philippians 3:14)

Remember: Some of God's most beautiful creations are forged under pressure. For instance, ordinary carbon crystallizes into brilliant diamonds under the pressure of extreme heat and crushing tectonic weight. Just as in nature God uses pressure to produce its wonders, our spirits require the testing of our faith to produce steadfast endurance, transforming our raw, unrefined potential into a beautiful reflection of divine purpose.

Good morning. Welcome to another dynamic day of the Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E. Movement. It is my sincerest hope that this has been a productive and prosperous week of navigating L.I.F.E. with Motivation, Taking Affirmative Action, Creating Opportunities to Win with Wisdom, while facing and embracing God's transformative Truth.
As we dawn this 35th Fulfillment Friday, here is an absolutely enlightening, encouraging, empowering message that epitomizes, personifies, and personalizes a truth as it relates to FULFILLMENT. This truth is that FULFILLMENT comes through, by, and as a result of obedience.
The Holy scripture reminds us in Luke 11:28, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it." True alignment and joy are found when our actions match our divine instructions.
Be strong; be courageous; be obedient; be fulfilled; be blessed.

Good morning Family. Our time together has moved us beyond the “ friend zone”. We have been together on this Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E. Movement journey now for 235 days. Thank you to everyone who has traveled with me thus far and for those who will continue the journey.

Today is Serenity Sunday- the day to rest, relax, refresh, recover, reset, resolve, and recalibrate in preparation for the week ahead.
Rest is an essential component of Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E. Not only is it necessary it is biblically supported and encouraged as evidence in the referenced scripture. Know that when we are at rest, we are the most available and the most receptive to the spirit of God.

It is during the time of spiritual communion that we are better able to discern and engage the Holy Spirit; to communicate concerns, thoughts, theories, or fears; and to hear God's voice impart Truth, Motivation, and Wisdom.

Moreover, rest is an act of trust that is the gateway to finding and acquiring peace. Isaiah 26:3 says that “You will keep him in perfect peace,Whose mind is stayed on You,Because he trusts in You”.

Take Affirmative Action Creating Opportunities to demonstrate your trust in Him by resting in the peaceful loving arms of our loving God. Allow Him to restore that which has been stolen,
rejuvenate that which has been exhausted, and replenish that which has been depleted.

Engage trust, Embrace rest, and Enjoy your peace on this Sanctifying Serenity Sunday.

Happy Soul-Searching Saturday, Family. Welcome to another day on the Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E. journey. As the relentless rhythm of the week softens into stillness, we arrive at the sacred threshold where our intentions meet the unvarnished reality of our hearts.

Throughout this journey of Getting F.I.T. for L.I.F.E., we have marched across the spiritual terrain of daily living, but today calls for a holy pause. Soul-searching is not about celebrating outward momentum; it is about standing in the quiet mirror of truth and confronting the scripture that echoes in every honest believer’s heart: when I desire to do good, evil is always present with me.

Take a deep breath and sit with the reality of that inner warfare. You felt the sacred fire of Motivation Monday, setting your sights on divine growth, yet right beside that holy desire lurked the subtle pull of complacency. You stepped into the bold responsibility of TAACO Tuesday to Take Affirmative Action Creating Opportunities, but as soon as you resolved to move forward, fear, hesitation, and self-doubt were present to resist your stride. On Wisdom WINSday, heaven offered you divine discernment, yet the old impulses of human reasoning and pride stood ready at the door, trying to reclaim control of your mind.

When we stripped away our excuses on Truth Be Told Thursday, we had to acknowledge that the greatest hindrance to our spiritual fitness is not the enemy outside, but the carnal nature within that wages war against the desires of our spirit.

We carried that revelation into Fulfillment Friday, understanding that because evil is always present to oppose the good we want to do, our human willpower alone will always fail. Because of this we acknowledge that Fulfillment requires us to stop fighting in our own limited strength and finally open our mouths to ask, seek, and knock for the supernatural grace that rescues us from this internal divide.

Now, in the stillness of Saturday, the soul must search the depths of that conflict. The presence of evil when you attempt to do good is not a sign of your defeat; it is the evidence that a real battle is taking place within you.

Today is your altar of total surrender. Lay down the guilt of the struggle and stop trying to win spiritual warfare with carnal effort. Acknowledge your human weakness, hand over the tug-of-war to divine power, and let the peace of total honesty wash over you.
Rest deeply today, knowing that while the resistance is real, the grace that sustains you is far greater.

Good morning and welcome to Serenity Sunday. While society traditionally labels Sunday as a day of rest, modern life has transformed it into just another day to "do." We constantly rush through tasks, trapping our minds and bodies in a cycle of endless productivity. Today, you are encouraged to break that cycle. Take an intentional moment to listen to this highly relevant message. Do not merely hear the words with your ears; instead, engage your whole being. Relax, drop your shoulders, and fully absorb the truth being shared.
Consider this:To get F.I.T., we must anchor ourselves in Fundamental Intrinsic Thoughts, Theories, and Truths which lays the groundwork for Living Indelibly Fruitful Experiences.
A foundational truth for today is found in the timeless reassurance of Psalm 121:
“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”
Knowing exactly where the source of our help comes from is what ultimately enables us to truly rest. Our help does not come from our own endless striving or frantic planning, but from GOD- the higher, unwavering protector who never slumbers.
As human beings, we are not built for constant motion. Sustainable fulfillment requires intentional stillness. When we anchor ourselves in this divine protection, our minds are finally freed from the exhausting burden of self-reliance.
When we quiet the external noise, we align our internal thoughts with peace rather than anxiety. This mental shift is the exact catalyst required for L.I.F.E.—Living Indelibly Fruitful Experiences. A life cannot bear lasting, meaningful fruit if the soil of the mind is perpetually exhausted. By dedicating today to genuine recovery, you cultivate the mental clarity and emotional strength needed to impact the world around you positively. True productivity begins with a refreshed soul.

Good morning. My Soulful message today is very short and sweet. On this Soul-searching Saturday let us examine what it means to live (in) S.I.N. -Spiritually In Neutral.
God's word in Revelations15-16 says “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So because thou art lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spew thee out of my mouth”.
Living (in) S.I.N. (Spiritually In Neutral) means coasting through existence without conviction, stalling the divine momentum meant for your life. When you remain lukewarm, you choose comfort over commitment, paralyzing your spiritual growth. To break free from this stagnation, you must actively shift your mindset and commit to Getting F.I.T. by embracing Fundamental Intrinsic Thoughts,Theories, and Truths. These core biblical truths realign your heart, ignite your passion, and spark the fresh, new beginnings God desires for you. Shifting out of neutral is the catalyst for L.I.F.E., empowering you to start Living Indelibly Fruitful Experiences. By anchoring your mind in divine truth, you transform passive existence into an impactful, lasting legacy of faith. Do not let fear or complacency keep you idling in the shadows of lukewarm living. Embrace this Saturday as your divine turning point to engage your faith, accelerate your spiritual journey, and produce the lasting fruit you were created to bear.

Heavenly Father,search my soul and forgive me for the times I have drifted into complacency and lived Spiritually In Neutral.
