Elite Diamond Track Club Elite Diamond Track Club is a non profit that helps develop and promotes in your child the ideals of responsibility, hard work, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Training for ages 4 to 17 years of age $50 a month per athlete. Adults welcome $20 per session I am Alicia Ross founder of Track Diamond Track Club. I started as a sprinter running the 100m, 200m, 400m and both relays. I graduated from Hamilton High and continue running in my college years at West Los Angeles College, There I competed in the 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles and both relays. I also ran cro

ss-country both years at West LA. I also played many other sports, such as, basketball, volleyball, tennis, gymnastic, and played for a semi - professional woman football team called the aftershocks. I took some time off, but I continue my education to achieve my Masters in Psychology. I decided to come back to train and compete for Showtime International Track Club with Coach Foots. I am now dedicating my time to give back to kids who love to run, train and have fun at the same time. My goal is to maintain the fun back in sports, and help build great character, and not look at it as if it’s a paying job. If this is a team for you, you are more than welcome to join. You do not have to be the best to compete, or train. You just need to have the heart, passion, and the willingness to have fun and be a kid.

From 2024 to 2026, the California State at-large standards show a noticeable trend — the girls standards are dropping much faster than the boys standards. sprint and hurdle standards continue getting dramatically faster on the girls side, while many distance standards actually became slightly easier or stayed close.
the rapid progression in sprint and hurdle events, especially on the girls side. Improvement is expected in sports, but the jumps in some events are happening extremely fast.

This is not about accusing athletes. There are many hardworking student-athletes competing the right way every day. But clean athletes deserve protection too.

If colleges and professionals are drug tested, then high school sports should at least begin serious conversations about:
• Fair competition
• Athlete safety
• Education on PEDs and peptides
• Accountability
• Protecting clean athletes

Track & field should continue to be built on:
• Hard work
• Coaching
• Development
• Integrity
• Love for the sport
