Last month, Pad Project Ambassador Serena Nguyen hosted a Menstrual Equity Workshop at the 2026 Girl Up Houston and Girl Up Southwest USA Regional Summit, Advocacy in Orbit!

She loved getting to create a safe space for girls to discuss topics related to period poverty and period stigma, and she hopes girls feel inspired to advocate for menstrual equity in the Houston area. ❤️🩸
