Southwest PELS is more than a leadership training event, it's an unforgettable Rotary experience.

From engaging classes that provide the tools, strategies, and confidence to lead a successful club, to meaningful conversations with fellow Presidents-Elect from across the region, every moment is designed to help you grow as a Rotary leader.
