Every initiative in this year’s Impact Report ladders up to one shared goal: Vision 2030 — becoming the highest-performing system of Catholic schools in the nation for every student we serve.

Our work is centered on three priorities:
✨ Academic quality & Catholic identity
✨ Strong operational systems
✨ Developing school leaders & teachers

What a week! ❤️📚✏️

Over 500 leaders and teachers from our 50 Solidarity Schools came together across all five Pastoral Regions—from Santa Maria to Long Beach—for a week of learning, collaboration, and growth as we prepare to welcome our students back!

Rooted in our Catholic mission, we’re strengthening literacy in reading and math, building capacity, and growing together so that every student has the opportunity to reach their God-given potential. 🙏🏽

We’re so grateful for the educators who continue to learn, lead, and support one another in service of our students. Because this work is about more than academics—it’s about knowing, loving, and forming the whole child.

When we grow together, our students grow with us. And when we place our work in God’s hands, we trust Him to guide the year ahead. ✨

Here’s to a new school year filled with faith, purpose, partnership, and possibility! ❤️

👇🏽 Were you part of our week of learning? Tag your school below and let us know! We’d love to celebrate our incredible Solidarity Schools and the educators who make this work possible. ❤️📚

This week, our ADLA Solidarity School leaders concluded the four-day Success for All New Leaders Institute—a meaningful step forward in strengthening literacy instruction and supporting student success across our Solidarity Schools.

Leaders from our Solidarity elementary and high schools across all five pastoral regions joined our Academic Excellence Team to prepare for the implementation of the Success for All reading program, strengthening literacy instruction from Transitional Kindergarten through high school.

Throughout the week, principals, vice principals, academic leaders, and teacher facilitators deepened their understanding of the Success for All framework, building their capacity to support teachers and lead meaningful implementation. Their dedication to continuous learning and unwavering commitment to student success reflect the heart of our Solidarity Schools.

The entire Department of Catholic Schools is committed to accompanying our leaders every step of the way as they bring this work to life in their schools. This commitment reflects our vision to become the highest-performing system of Catholic Schools in the nation for every student we serve.

By strengthening instructional leadership and building a shared vision for student growth and achievement, we are creating the conditions for students to grow as confident readers, critical thinkers, leaders, and disciples of Christ—prepared to use their gifts to serve others and make a difference in the world.

Thank you to Success for All Foundation and all those who continue to invest in the mission of our Solidarity Schools. We look forward to seeing the lasting impact of this partnership on our students, educators, and school communities.
