Can I take a moment to tell you what I see happening, and how we must fight it. The administration is, by design I feel, creating a humanitarian crisis that will be based on food insecurity. My non-profit is seeing the first signs of immediate need from people who have been able to put food on the table. You think homelessness is a problem now? Just wait. This crisis will be averted for those willing to show their appreciation at the ballot box. The in-humanity of this kind of manipulation needs to b e countered by good people, on both sides of the political divide. This is what I am fighting against. I need your support.

Today we are donating to our IATSE motion picture industry friends hundreds of pounds of produce, proteins, carbs (the good stuff - loaves of challah and vegan cupcakes, cookies, etc.). I shared this with someone very dear to me who is facing a huge challenge. This song got me through adolescence. The message I get is that self doubt often breeds self forgiveness. It's okay to get it wrong sometimes as long as that space within fuels forgiveness and empathy.
